“3, 2, 1 Launch it!” – Water Rocket Competition Day: Service for Local and Ethnic Minority Children (16-04-2016)

Social leaders of SCI/NUCLEUS Social Service Team of School of Science were inspired by their previous service experience with ethnic minority children and believe they can contribute to the community and do more for them as science students.

They are now organizing a water rocket competition with collaborator, The Lok Sin Tong Benevolent Society Kowloon and The Hub Hong Kong

Through guiding participants making water rocket, science students can share their knowledge with participants to stimulate their creativity and nurture their interests in Science. Meanwhile, they want to create a harmonious and encouraging atmosphere by building a closer bond between local and ethnic minority children.
